Instructions for poster session

 

Size of construction: 200 x 103 cm (vertical)

Size of panel: 180 x 97 cm

Panel is covered by a grey carpet.

 

The poster session will be located at the foyer of building Q at the Mendel University.

Official opening will be on Friday, September 3rd from 16:30 to 17:30.

All accepted posters are divided into 9 symposiums, each author will have 5 minutes to present his poster during the opening of the poster session. All 9 symposiums will be opened at the same time.

The poster session will then be available through the whole conference.

Each author must present the poster on spot, e-mailed posters will not be accepted.

The scientific committee will select three best posters, authors will receive a diploma and a small present.
