Early registration fee will only be accepted if the Registration Form and payment are received by the Conference secretariat by 30th June 2010 at the latest. 
 
Standard registration fee will only be accepted if the Registration Form and payment are received by the Conference secretariat by 30th June 2010 at the latest. 

Late registration fee will be applied after 1st September 2010 and on site.

 

Registration fee includes:

• Admission to Plenary Session  & Parallel Symposia
• Admission to the Poster Area
• Admission to the Commercial Exhibition
• Conference materials
• Book of abstracts
• Refreshments during the conference (coffee breaks, lunch)

Registration fee does NOT include:
• Gala dinner in a wine cellar
• Participation on field trips and post-excursions

Accompanying person fee includes:
• Gala dinner in a wine cellar including transportation
• Walking guided tour of Brno

Field trip / post-excursion fee inludes:
• Transportation
• English speaking guide
• Lunch

 

Confirmation of Registration

Please note that the registration procedure has 2 steps:
1) first fill in your Personal data form then continue with Registration form, choose the fee, accommodation, tours, and finish the form.
2) After submitting the filled form you will be provided with the Letter of Confirmation and the button for „online payment“ will be available.

Kindly note that payment through the online system is only available after the Letter of Confirmation is issued. The Letter of Confirmation will be issued within 1-3 days.

Please note that the on-line Registration Form is only accessible with a password. Simply fill in the Personal Data Form and the password will be sent to you. In case of difficulties during the registration process please contact the Conference Administration at icle2010@guarant.cz.

If your completed Registration Form and payment or proof of payment is received by the Conference Secretariat by August 31, 2010, you will receive a written confirmation of your registration by e-mail. After this date participants have to register on-site at the congress centre.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing about the cancellation of registration by fax +420 284 001 448 or by e-mail icle2010@guarant.cz. Telephone amendments will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Seminar. The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received by 31stJuly, 2010 - full refund of the registration fee (less 30 EUR handling fee)
Cancellations received from 1st August, 2010 - no refund

Terms of Payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by:

Credit Cards

Only Mastercard/Eurocard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express credit cards are accepted.
For the payment by credit card (except American Express credit cards) kindly use the Online Payment System (available after login). Please note that payment through the online system is available only after the Letter of Confirmation is issued.

You can also use completed Credit Card Payment Authorization Form signed by a card holder. Kindly fax it to the fax number +420 284 001 448. You do not have to send this form in case you pay through the Online Payment system.

Credit cards will be charged in local currency – Czech crowns (CZK) by using the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank on the date of payment. The approximate exchange rate is 1 EUR = 25 CZK.

Please note that all bank charges must be fully covered by the participant.
A copy of the bank transfer must be sent together with the Registration Form.

 

Name change

If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague instead of you. Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing about any name change. Handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change.
